One QR code in every room. A guest scans it with the phone camera and, with nothing to install, can message reception, get the Wi-Fi password, order room service, ask housekeeping for towels, and book the spa, a cab or a late checkout.
No app for the guest, no app for your front desk. Works on any phone that can open a web page, in 29 languages and any currency.
All of it moves onto one page, and every request lands on the right desk with the room number attached.
Reception, room service, housekeeping and your concierge each get their own thread with the room. No language barrier over a crackly phone line, and it is all written down.
Network name and password on the screen with a copy button. Change the password once and every room in the hotel is up to date.
Your full menu with descriptions and prices in your own currency. The guest taps, adds a note, sends. The kitchen sees the room and the total.
Extra towels, pillows, toiletries, a clean now, turndown, do not disturb, and a full laundry price list. One tap each, straight to the housekeeping login.
Massages, airport pickup, a car for the day, late checkout, a table at the restaurant. The guest picks a time and your desk confirms it.
A new order or message drops a banner across the top of the dashboard with a chime, and it stays there until somebody opens it. The guest is told at every step, in the page and on WhatsApp if they asked for it.
Switch a section off if you do not offer it, set opening hours for each one, and stop any of them instantly from reception. Outside its hours a guest sees your own message rather than a menu they cannot order from.
Reception holds the master login and sees the whole hotel. Room service, housekeeping and your services desk each get their own User ID, their own dashboard and their own guest chats, and nothing else. No arguments about whose order it was, and no department reading messages meant for another. We set the logins up for you.
Each department can also switch its own items on and off, so the kitchen can mark the prawns sold out at ten in the evening without calling reception.
Register my hotel| Reception | Everything: all requests, all chats, menus, rooms, QR codes, billing |

| Room service | Food and drink orders, the menu, and room service chats |
| Housekeeping | Housekeeping requests, the items list, and housekeeping chats |
| Other services | Spa, transport and booking requests, and those chats |
Hotel name, contact number, email, a User ID and a password. Your sign in details go straight to your email and your WhatsApp.
We set up your subscription, create a login for each desk and switch the hotel on, usually the same working day. Nothing is public before that.
Edit the starter menus, add your desks, print one QR card per room. Cards can go out before approval, they start working the moment you are live.
Phone camera, tap the link, done. No app store, no account. The page already knows which room it came from.
This is a real room page for a demo hotel. Send a message, order a biryani, ask for towels, book a massage. Everything you do shows up on the demo hotel dashboard.
Want the staff side? Sign in at the sign in page with password demo1234 and any of these User IDs: demo for reception, demo.kitchen, demo.housekeeping or demo.concierge to see how much less each desk sees. It is a shared sandbox, so treat anything you type there as public.
No. The QR code opens a normal web page in whatever browser the phone already has. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Every card also prints a short hotel code and the room number. The guest opens www.instaconnect.online/go, types the two, and lands on exactly the same page. Older phones, cracked cameras and guests who have never used a QR code are all covered.
So that a half finished hotel, or one that has not paid, never appears to a paying guest. You register, pay the joining fee, send us the reference, and we switch you on by hand. Until then your QR codes show a short holding page instead of a menu.
The moment you register we send your User ID and setup steps to your email and your WhatsApp, and show them on screen. Every account also gets a one off recovery code, which is what resets a forgotten password.
Yes. Reception is the master and sees everything. Room service, housekeeping and your services desk get their own User ID, their own dashboard and only their own guest chats. We create them for you and can add or change one whenever you ask.
Switch that section off and it disappears from the room page completely. The same goes for laundry, housekeeping and anything else, and you can add sections of your own such as a pool bar or a travel desk.
Yes. Reception has a stop and resume button for every section. A stopped section shows your own message to guests straight away, and only the reception login can do it.
The room page opens with a language picker right at the top, in 29 languages including Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Arabic, French, German, Chinese and Japanese. The guest reads everything in their language, while your desk keeps receiving orders and statuses in yours. Hotels outside India choose their own currency when they register.
They do, with the green and red symbols guests in India expect, and the mark is never guessed from the name: you set it on each item yourself.
A banner drops across the top of the dashboard with a chime and a count, above the room service, housekeeping and chat tabs, and it stays until somebody opens it. The sound can be switched off per device.
Yes. Items, prices, descriptions, sections and availability are all editable, and a change shows in every room immediately.
Press New guest on that room. The next guest starts with a clean page and you keep the whole history. The QR code never changes, so you print it once.
Register, get approved, print the sheet, and your reception desk stops being a switchboard.
